Butter Mints Recipe

This was one of my Mom's Recipe.

2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. peppermint extract (or to taste)
food coloring of your choice

Mix all ingredients well. Separate into equal portions for each color (before adding food color). Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork. Store in the refrigerator.
