One of Those Days =o) + =o(

Tuesday was the last day at work, it was my Friday. I was ready for my day off, I worked 6 days straight. I was getting exhausted. I was telling everyone at work, that its my Friday and how happy I was.

I got off work at 3pm. On my way home, I thought it would be a great idea to go bowl a few frames, just for something to do out of the normal.

Well, I only bowled one frame and I twisted wrong! It felt like someone took a blow torch to my side and down my hip, leg and across my back. I think I used every cuss word known to man and then some of my own. I was in some pain, extreme pain. So much so, that I have told people that I would rather run a chain saw into my knee than to go threw that again.

Some have said what did the Dr. say? Umm I didn't go to one. I did call my Dr. and they said no appt until May. I was off on Wednesday and I called off work on Thursday. I took IB phrofin (spl) 800 mg and that helped quite a bit. I called a good friend of mine that has a pinched nerve and she said the symptoms sounds the same, but if the pain meds I was taking was working then chance are its not that, cause nerve damage doesn't stop with pain meds. So I figured that I strained a muscle. I went to work on Friday and worked the whole day. People at work said that I looked like I was in pain. (they were right)

During my time off from work I found this really cool web-site. Its called 1000 memories. Its a site that you can post about a loved one that has passed away. And you and your friends can post fond memories about the person. I posted my mom there and going to post about my grandparents there too. I thought this was a great idea. Just thought I would share it with you.

Today I am feeling much better.

Hooray for feeling better and no pinched nerve. Those often require surgery if you want to keep walking the rest of your life!
