New Job and location

Its been over two years since I have posted here.

A lot has happened in two years.  Last year work sent me to Augusta GA to live and work. This year work has sent me to Florida to live and work.

I started off with this company as a Maintenance man. I am now a Property Manager for a company called GAAM. I am also their IT specialist and videographer.    

This is one of the most stressful jobs I have ever had.  Keeping up with the rules and regulations, the leases, and the tenants fighting and trying to make peace between them is a full time job. 

The property they sent me to, was run down. It has been a struggle to get it to where it is today. I have been here since February of this year.  My biggest problem has been the water supply lines. We have a leak we cannot find. We figured that we are loosing 2,000 gallons a day, and yet there is no water on the surface. I am hoping this week we finally find this leak and get it taken care of. We are hiring a leak detection company.
